Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Surplush ("we", "us") is a marketplace that connects customers with Pakistani food businesses listing surplus food at a discount. By using Surplush, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at support@surplush.pk.
3. Orders and pickup
Surplush facilitates orders between you and the listing business. The business is the merchant of record for all transactions. We don't handle the food; we handle the order pipeline. You agree to pick up your order within the listed window. After the window closes, the order may be marked as no-show and not refundable.
4. Food safety
Listed food is surplus from approved partner businesses. By design some items are near their consume-by time. Always inspect food at pickup. See our food safety guidance. Surplush isn't responsible for the condition of the food beyond enforcing partner verification.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Until JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and DealCard payments are integrated, all orders are cash on pickup. You can cancel up to 1 hour before the pickup window without penalty. After that, the business may decline to remake the order. Once DealCard / wallet payments ship, refund terms will be added here.
6. Reviews
You can review a business after a completed pickup. Reviews must reflect real experiences. We may remove reviews that violate community standards (hate speech, personal attacks, off-topic).
7. Businesses
Businesses listing on Surplush must complete the verification wizard and be approved by our team. Continued listing requires compliance with these terms. We may suspend any business at any time for safety, fraud, or repeated complaints.
8. Acceptable use
You won't scrape, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service. You won't impersonate businesses or other users. You won't use Surplush for illegal activity.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by Pakistani law, we disclaim warranties about availability, fitness for purpose, or accuracy of listings.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered users. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
