Place your first order

1. Find a deal

Open /browse or scroll the homepage. Filter by category, dietary tag, price, or distance using the toolbar. Each DealCard shows the discount, pickup window, and how many bags are left. Tap a DealCard to see the full deal.

2. Reserve the deal

On the deal page, pick a quantity using the Stepper and tap Reserve this drop. The deal moves into your cart. You can add more deals from other businesses if you want — each business's items become its own order at checkout.

3. Check out

Tap the cart icon in the Header, then Continue to checkout. The wizard has three steps:

• Details — name, phone, optional notes for the business. Prefilled from your profile.
• Payment — cash on pickup is live today. JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and DealCard support are on the roadmap.
• Review — confirm everything looks right and tap Place order.

4. Get your pickup code

Right after you place the order, the order-confirmed page shows a big 4-digit pickup code. Screenshot it or keep the page open. You can find it again any time at Account → My orders.

5. Collect from the business

Go to the business within the pickup window. Show the staff your pickup code. They confirm pickup in their dashboard and your order flips to Picked up. If you paid cash on pickup, hand over the payment then.

After pickup, you'll see a Leave a review button on your order. Good reviews help small businesses; honest feedback helps the community.

Need to cancel?

You can cancel for free up to 1 hour before the pickup window starts. After that the business has already prepared your food. Cancel from Account → My orders using the Cancel button on the order row.
